Grant Terms and Conditions
Use of grant
- Grants are to be used for the purpose outlined in your application, unless otherwise specified in the confirmation received from the Foundation
- Grants should be used within the grant period. The grant period is one year from receipt of the grant unless otherwise specified in the confirmation email.
- A short impact summary must be provided to the Foundation within three months of the end of the grant period or the end of the project, whichever is sooner. These should summarise how the funding was used and describe the impact. Impact summaries may be considered when receiving future applications for funding.
- Under spends of 20% may be reallocated at the end of the grant period to a similar project or to core costs. Any reallocations should be explained in the impact summary.
- If there are under spends of 20% or more, or the grant cannot be used for the original purpose or used within the grant period, then you must contact the Foundation to agree how the funding will be spent.
